Back in May, I enjoyed a bowl of wonton noodles at Ho Hung Kee, a 40-year-old noodle joint in Causeway Bay that boasts a Michelin star. Soon after the place shut, squeezed by a new landlord demanding an eye-watering rent increase.  Here’s my BBC story on how the loss of small businesses like these is altering the fabric of Hong Kong and stifling entrepreneurship in the city.
